Parc Futuroscope, 5 March 2024
Futuroscope heads into 2024 season with a spring in its step and a programme bursting with new attractions including a robotic show, Antarctica, a new 3D film while this Summer will see the launch of Aquascope, a new take on the traditional waterpark. It follows a record breaking 2023 when the park welcomes up to 2 million visitors through its gate, a 25-year high that brought a sharp 30% increase in turnover on the previous season.
AQUASCOPE, the next generation aqua-fun park
Opening in July 2024, the 6,000 m² indoor water park complex Aquascope is the key event of the year with its only immersive experience of its kind in France. It spearheads the Park’s "Vision 2025" investment programme which saw the opening of two new hotels and award-winning attractions since 2020. Aquascope will be home to a thrill zone with 8 epic waterslides and a wave pool, an immersion zone complete with an aquatic cinema and on water video mapping, an aquafun zone for little ones with a lazy river, a dynamic river and swimming pool outside and a bar and DJ area.

ECLIPSE, the first Robotic show at the boundary of reality and virtual reality
Eclipse is a new, 20-minute multimedia show developed by the creative teams at Futuroscope and Eloize Entertainment, the special international projects division of Canadian Cirque Eloize. Eclipse takes a fascinating dive into the borderlands where reality meets virtual reality in a blend of illusions, urban dance, lasers, and special effects. The result is a unique genre of artistic crossover between robot and dancer, with up to seven performances a day.
ANTARCTICA 3D on the largest screen in Europe
The latest underwater filming techniques show visitors how vital the wild and unspoilt continent of Antarctica is to our planet. Antarctica is a BBC Earth production that Futuroscope is showing in 3D at its Kinémax theatre as an alternating double bill with the film Through Thomas Pesquet’s Eyes.
UNDER THE POLE photo exhibition
Futuroscope also has a new open-air exhibition that spotlights the explorations of the "Under The Pole" association founded by Emmanuelle and Ghislain Bardout. The exhibition’s 56 giant photos reveal the polar depths, marine animal forests, and bring marine conservation into the public eye.
